Integrating simulation into nursing curriculum

Kempten Nursing School, Kempten, Germany:
Shorter practice periods and less clinical supervison prompted teachers to implement simulation with the nursing curriculum. As their students are now more competent and far better prepared for clinical practice, the staff are hoping more schools will follow suit.
