Infant Incubator
Large, Clear Display Panel.
8 inch high resolution LCD with rotary knob operation. Provides a large easy to use screen allowing the medical staff to operate the device both through the touch screen (optional) and/or a navigational rotary knob. The touch screen is medical grade making it easy to operate and responsive with medical gloves on.
Double wall design acrylic hood.
Reduces the heat exchange between incubator and the external environment, reduces the temperature variability (less than 0.2℃) and and provides better temperature control.
Reduces the noise level inside the incubator, creating a more comfortable environment for baby.
Air curtain design.
When the sensor detects that an access panel has been opened, the motor (for air circulation) speed will be increased to generate an air curtain to avoid any dramatical change in the incubator temperature.
DC brushless motor. Our motor produces very low noise. The motor speed is adjusted by the incubator’s software as required to maintain a stable environment.
Super quiet design.
It is known that in addition to the direct auditory effects of noise, noise can also influence the cardiovascular system, the respiratory system, sleep patterns, and stress levels of neonates.
Advance air circulation design.
The warm air comes up from left and right sides (inside the double wall), meet at the top and then flow down to the baby. With such advanced air circulation design, we dramatically improve the incubator temperature uniformity.
Reliable sensor module design.
- Temperature and humidity sensor located inside the sensor module. This allows monitoring the incubator’s real time temperature and humidity with more accuracy.
- Temperature and humidity sensors from the UK which provide high monitoring accuracy and stability.
- The incubator sensor module is designed with two temperature sensors inside. Two sensors monitoring the temperature in the incubator and comparing the value in the real time. If the difference of the two sensors is more than 0.5 ℃℃, the alarm will be triggered. Higher level of safety for the baby.
- Standard with two temperature probes, the incubator can monitoring baby’s core temperature and peripheral temperature at the same time.
Tilting baby tray design.
- Tilting angle up to 12 °. Can be operated from both right and left side.
- Providing Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positions for the babies.
Auxiliary power output.
Power support for additional devices which are use together with the incubator, such as patient monitors.
Water Reservoir.
- Large capacity 1500ml water reservoir with fill line indicator. Enables the incubator to keep running for 24 hours without refilling.
- Water reservoir and evaporator are separated, users have no risk of coming in contact with steam. In addition, the incubator supports adding water at anytime.

Advanced temperature control technology.
With the use of PID algorithms the incubator continuously calculates an error value as the difference between the set temperature and real time temperature and applies a correction based on proportion, integral and derivative terms. The PID controller keeps to a minimum the error over time by adjustment of heating power and eventually minimizes temperature variability and reduces temperature overshoot to give infant the safest micro environment.
Humidity servo control.
- The humidifier module creates vapor which has the effect of killing bacteria which may be in the water. This helps to reduce the risk of bacterial infections to newborns
- Wide humidity control range.
- Humidity control operating time without refilling is 24 hours. Supports adding water at anytime.

Infant Radiant Warmer
Control center features a large, bright easy to use display.
10.4 inch high resolution LCD touch screen with rotary knob operation. Staff can efficiently operate the device both through the touch screen and rotary knob.
Medical grade resistive screen. Easy to operate with medical rubber gloves and with sensitive responsive.
Easy to maneuver heating head.
- Ergonomic design head module with handle on both sides.
- Can be rotated 120 degrees both clockwise and anticlockwise. Convenient for taking X ray.
- Head can be tilted to facilitate warming the patient from different angles.
Built-in examination light
Integrated examination lamp allows staff to examine the baby. The lamp features adjustable
illumination intensity, up to 1500 lux. The LED lamp provides long life, bright clear light and very low power consumption, in an easy to clean module.
Temperature control modes
- Pre heating mode. When baby is not on the mattress, the mattress can be preheated.
- Manual Control mode allows the user to set the desired heater output.
- Baby Control mode allows the warmer to be controlled by the babies temperature.
CPR and Apgar timer
CPR Timer
CPR timer is used for cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The bell rings every 30 seconds, and the timer timing 6 seconds, totally twice.
Apgar Timer
Apgar timer is used to check the Apgar score at birth. The bell rings at 1, 3, 5 and 10 minutes.
Trend, Data and Events review
- Trend view maximum for 48 hours.

Environment monitoring.
Noise level and ambient light real time monitoring to create a more comfortable nursing environment for babies.
Hands free alarm silencing.
Hands free alarms silence sensor, allows staff to silence alarms by waving their hand in front of the sensor, without touching the device. This is convenient to silence alarms and effectively prevent the occurrence of hospital infections. Located on the main column for easy access.
High Quality Transparent Guard Panels

Two Skin Temperature Sensor
